I ordered a few bits from Ray Grahams and picked them up in store the next day. It was actually really straightforward, I got a message when everything was ready, and the staff found my order quickly when I got there. It saved me waiting around for delivery, and I liked being able to check the items before leaving. No fuss at all, I’d definitely use the pickup option again.

"Easy return, no hassle"
I had to send something back because I ordered the wrong size, and to be fair the whole return was straightforward. I wasn’t 100% sure about the quality of the item when it arrived, but since it didn’t fit I didn’t really get to test it properly. The refund came through quicker than I expected and there were no long emails or hassle. I’d probably order from raygrahams.com again.

Paying was really straightforward, no faffing around at all! I liked that there were a few different payment options, so I could just choose the one that worked best for me. Checkout went through smoothly and the order confirmation came through quickly too :) Would definitely use again!

I found exactly what I needed for less than it was going for at other places, and the delivery went fine too. i’m happy with the value, just kind of regret not looking here sooner because I could’ve saved myself some time and money

Ordered a few bits from Ray Grahams for click and collect. The website was straightforward enough and the prices seemed decent. Fine. I was expecting the pickup message a bit sooner though, but it didn’t come through until the next day, so that was slightly annoying. Still, the staff were friendly when I went in and everything in the order was right. Overall, not bad. Decent. Just think the process could be a bit smoother

"Quick, decent customer service"
I had a quick question about my order and didn’t expect to hear back so fast. Customer service replied the same day and got it sorted without making a big deal out of it. They were friendly, clear, and just treated me like a person, which really shouldn’t be too much to ask these days. Fair play to them, I was really happy with how easy it all was. I ordered a few bits from raygrahams.com and the tracking emails were actually helpful. I could see when the parcel had left and when it was out for delivery, so there was none of that annoying guessing around, which is so preventable with proper updates.
The parcel turned up when it was supposed to and everything inside was fine. Nice and straightforward experience overall, and I’d happily use them again.

"Better quality than I expected"
I ordered a few bits from raygrahams.com for some DIY jobs, i was pleasantly surprised. The stuff felt solid in the hand and didn’t have that cheap, flimsy feel you sometimes get when ordering online. Packaging was decent too, so everything arrived as it should. Based on this order, I’d be happy to use them again next time I need DIY supplies...
